As an academic manager that regularly interviews and employs teachers, qualifications like the CELTA are the bare minimum in terms of what we look for. Having done a course with Lexis before, I can vouch for their quality as well as the fact that they look beyond just an individual course, but look at teacher professional development over a teacher’s career.
